You may need to provide your MAC address to register on the Williams Network if your device does not easily connect to Wi-Fi. To find the MAC address of your device, following the directions bellow for your device: Note: the MAC address is always 12 alpha-numerals from 0-9 and A-F. The third indicator displays your Network Address Translation (NAT) type. Your NAT allows you two different IP addresses, one for internal traffic and one for external traffic. The NAT helps hide your internal IP address and creates a kind of firewall. The fourth indicator tells you whether the Xbox Live services are up and running. If MAC Filtering is on or enabled, you will need to add your Nintendo system's MAC Address to the list of allowed devices and save or apply this change. If you do not wish to have MAC Filtering on for your network, simply turn it off or disable it.
